Turno set out to solve one problem extremely well: getting turnover cleans scheduled and cleaners paid. If your operation ends when the clean ends, it delivers. Maravo covers the clean — and everything around it: the dripping faucet (maintenance assets and preventive schedules), the receipt (auto-logged expenses and a tax-ready report), and the guest (a private page with signed rules, a time-gated door code, and an AI concierge).
Every new Maravo account starts with all Pro features free for 30 days, with no card required. After the trial, Pro at $9.99/mo (or $99.99/yr) covers up to 5 properties, and Unlimited at $29.99/mo (or $299.99/yr) has no caps. Turno charges per property: $10/property/mo ($8 billed annually) with your own cleaners — and it’s free if every clean is booked through marketplace cleaners, in which case payments must flow through Turno, card payments carry a minimum $1.50 fee per payment, and cleaners pay roughly 5% commission plus processing on their side. Maravo charges no commissions and no per-payment fees — it records payments but never moves the money.
Both import iCal calendars from Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, and Turno’s sync is mature. Two details from its documentation and user reports (July 2026): check-in/checkout times don’t import from synced calendars — they’re set manually per property — and there are documented complaints about duplicate projects from multi-calendar sync. On Maravo, each booking creates the stay and the turnover clean in the property’s timezone, deduplicated per booking; when dates move, the clean moves without dropping the assignee. And Maravo also works with no platform connected at all.
