Privacy Policy

Maravo — operated by PulseAI Systems LLC. Last updated: 24 July 2026.

This policy explains what Maravo ("we", "us") collects when you use the Maravo web app and mobile apps ("the Service"), why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to what the Service needs to run your property operations. We do not sell your personal data. On our public marketing pages and signup we use one advertising-measurement tool (the Meta Pixel), as described under “Cookies & advertising analytics” below.

How we use information

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Maravo, under contract and only as needed:

Within your workspace, content is visible to members per their role (for example, a cleaner sees only their assigned jobs). We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Cookies & advertising analytics

Our marketing pages and the signup flow use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our advertising works: it sets a cookie and reports page views and signup/checkout milestones to Meta Platforms. We send no names, emails, or operational content — only the event and standard technical data the pixel collects. Meta may use this data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do-Not-Track browser signals — when either is on, the pixel never loads. The pixel is not used inside the mobile apps or the logged-in product beyond signup/checkout events. You can also opt out via Meta’s ad settings or block the cookie in your browser; the Service works fully without it.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete properties, expenses, photos, and team members in the app. Deleting your account removes your personal profile; some records may persist where required for legal, tax, or security reasons, then are deleted or anonymized.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored hashed. Access is scoped by workspace and role. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR, Brazil under LGPD, and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We do not sell personal information.

Children

Maravo is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "last updated" date above.
